PBS

Overview

In 2020 I worked with PBS to develop a simple, intuitive digital solution for managing and tracking internal program deliveries. The challenge was to take a complex flow of information and create an application that made it easier for internal teams to organize, monitor, and navigate program delivery data. My role was to lead the user interface design, translating operational requirements into a clean, streamlined experience that prioritized clarity, efficiency, and ease of use while maintaining the recognizable PBS brand identity.

Through thoughtful UI design, information hierarchy, and a simplified navigation structure, I created an interface that helped make complex data more accessible and manageable. The goal was to reduce friction in the team's day-to-day workflow, allowing users to quickly find important information, track delivery progress, and move through the application with greater confidence. By combining functional design with PBS's established visual language, I helped create a practical digital tool that balanced operational efficiency with a consistent brand experience.
